Leslie Robertson passed away peacefully at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre in Fort McMurray, Alberta, on October 26, 2021, at the age of 59. Beloved wife of Brian and proud and loving mother of Grace and Hannah. Leslie was Brian’s love of his life and she adored her daughters unconditionally. Leslie is survived by her spouse Brian, her daughters Grace and Hannah, father Alex, Brother David (Arlene, Conner, and Reid), and Sister Ann (Steve). Leslie was predeceased by her mother Feryne. Leslie was truly selfless and thoroughly enjoyed bringing joy and happiness to others. She had a beautiful spark that lit up any room she was in; her laugh and love of life were infectious. She was a dedicated and supportive mother who always encouraged her daughters to go after their wildest dreams. She was a mentor, coach, unwavering companion, and was well-liked by all that she touched; co-workers, friends, and of course family; she will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Northern Lights for making Leslie’s stay as comfortable as possible. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion in Fort McMurray, on November 20, 2021, from 12 pm to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks for donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Leslie's name.
