Obituary of George Magnus Bacon

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Brother, Father, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend, George Magnus Bacon on Tuesday March 11, 2025.

George is survived by his brother, Alan (Debra); children, Janet, Earl (Val), and Eugene (Kim); grandchildren, Brad (Alexis), Wes (Aaron), James (Morgan), Brooklyn (Trevor), Samantha (Nathaniel) and Katie, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Edna; his loving wife Violet; daughter, Arlene; grandparents; Old Lady Shiloh and Stone Boy.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 15, 2025, at the All Saints Anglican Church, 9902 Manning Ave, Fort McMurray AB T9H 2B9.
