Obituary of Kim Coleridge
Please share a memory of Kim to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kim Marie Coleridge nee: Armour, age 68, on May 8, 2025, in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Kim was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, on June 25, 1956, to Jerry and Shirley Armour. In 1967, she moved with her family to Fort McMurray, where she grew up and attended Peter Pond High School, graduating in 1974. They purchased their family home in 1986, where she continued to live to her final day.
Kim was a proud mother to her son, Jeremy, and daughter, Kelsey. She was also a beloved grandmother to her grandchildren. Kim’s life was filled with love, kindness, and passion. She had a talent for crocheting and enjoyed doing crafts, spending time chatting with friends and volunteering at the local soup kitchen before being diagnosed with leukemia in 2017. Kim was a fighter and beat the leukemia, giving her cherished extra years to enjoy the company of her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Jeremy (Mandi); daughter, Kelsey (Danny); sisters, Karen (Larry) Morrow and Wendy Armour; brother, Hal Armour; and her cherished grandchildren, Mikayla, Jack, Cal, and Caylee. She will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A service will be announced at a later date. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Kim’s life and the many ways she touched the hearts of those around her.
Kim will forever be remembered for her love, strength, and the joy she brought to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her and will be deeply missed.
Love you Momma
