It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Mark Wallegham on October 3rd, 2025 in Fort McMurray, Alberta at the age 65
Mark will be remembered for his love of dinosaur sour candies, his pale blue eyes, his kind nature and wonderful smile. Mark travelled between Manitoba and Alberta working until he settled in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
He enjoyed fixing up old cars and working with his hands. Mark worked as a plumber for a number of years. What Mark enjoyed most was spending time with his grandsons weather it was playing cards, fishing, or joking around he loved spending time with them.
Mark leaves behind to mourn his loss his loving children, Jeff Wallegham (son), Tara Wallegham (eldest daughter) and Melanie Wallegham (youngest daughter); his loving grandsons, who he considered to be like sons, Nathan Brian Wallegham (oldest grandson) and Corvin Edward Thomas.
Mark is predeceased by his mother and father, Linda Wallegham and Henry Wallegham.
The family would like to thank the staff at Willow square continuing care center for making Mark's last years filled with laughter, joy and safety. Thank you for all of your dedicated work it is greatly appreciated.
