Eliza was born in Hodges Cove, Newfoundland, and passed away peacefully at her home at Willow Square Care in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

She was predeceased by her parents, her late husband, Melvin, her brother, Stephen, and her sister, Floss.

She is survived by her loving husband, Fabien, her brother, Wayne, her 3 daughters, Denise, Paula and Tina, and her beautiful grandchildren, Stephen, Jessica, Maria, Rikki-Lee, Jessibelle and Cody.

Eliza embraced life with curiosity and enthusiasm. Known for her friendly, fun-loving disposition and sociable nature, she was loved by many. Her spirit, kindness and her unwavering love for family and friends will be missed deeply.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Willow Square Care Facility.
