It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Robinson, age 74, who passed March 28, 2026.

Thomas was born on July 30, 1951, in Frimley, England. He was a kind-hearted and generous man with a great sense of humor. Tom had a way of making people laugh, often poking fun at himself just to lift others up. He never liked seeing anyone struggle and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need.

He was an extremely hard worker who always needed to stay busy. One of his greatest accomplishments was building his dream home and finally living the life he always wanted—off-grid in the bush. He was a phenomenal gardener, growing more food than he knew what to do with at times. His beloved wife Peggy was always there to lend a helping hand pealing onions or storing vegetables for the coming winter.

Thomas is survived by his partner, Peggy; his sister, Sylvia; his sons, Christopher and Michael; and his daughters, Priscilla and Carla. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Josh, Kaiden, Randy, Austin, Zoey, Owen, Keisha, Sarah,Christian, Alex, and Kamara.

He was predeceased by his parents, Cyril and Eilene; his siblings, Julie, Ann, and Daniel; and his son, Daniel.

Tom made a lasting impact on everyone he met and will be deeply missed for a long time.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday April 19, 2026 at The Banquet, 155 Eagle Ridge Blvd Fort McMurray, AB.

A second Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday April 20, 2026 at the Mamawi Community Hall in Fort Chipewyan, AB
