It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Terrence (Terry) Joseph Wells on Friday, May 22, 2026, at the age of 62 years. He leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love that will never be forgotten.

Terry was known for his kind heart, strong spirit, and the ability to make those around him feel welcomed and accepted. He touched the lives of many through his friendship, generosity, and unwavering love for family and friends.

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: his daughter Amanda Wells; grandson Tristan Wells; special friend Marlies Buchweitz; mother of his daughter Lynn Demontigny; brothers Gerry (Susan) Wells, Bill Wells, Keith (Diana) Wells, Sean (Roxanne) Wells, Brian (Aggie) Wells, sisters Deanna (Fred) Gairdner and Sherri (Jason) Manuel; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended relatives and many friends.

Terry was predeceased by his parents William & Vivian Wells of Deer Lake, NL.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at a later date. The family sincerely appreciates the support, prayers, and compassion shown during this difficult time.
