It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Brian Bragg announce his passing at the Northern Lights Hospital in Fort McMurray, AB on July 28, 2026, at the age of 64, surrounded by his family.

Leaving to mourn, with countless fond and loving memories, are his wife Lisa and four sons Nicholas, Colton, Travis (Jody) and Richard: brother Claude (Donna): sisters, Mary (Henry), Glenda (Donnie) and Kathy (Tom), as well as other close relatives and friends.

Brian was Predeceased by his parents, William and Mildred Bragg of Port Aux Basques, NL.

Brian’s pride and joy was his sons. They were the center of his world, and he loved them unconditionally, always encouraging, supporting, and celebrating them in every stage of their lives. He also had a lifelong passion for auto body work. Whether restoring a vehicle, repairing damage, or bringing an old car back to life, he took immense pride in his craftsmanship and was known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic. His kindness, dedication to his family, and talent will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that his love, wisdom, and legacy will continue through the family he cherished so deeply. He taught us the value of hard work, loyalty, compassion, and unconditional love. His memory will remain with us every day—in every lesson he shared, every smile he inspired, and every life he touched.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held on a later date in Port aux Basques, NL.
