It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Bruce Rice announce his passing on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at his home in Fort McMurray, AB, at the age of 65. Predeceased by his Parents - Lloyd and Susie Rice; Siblings - Roxie Bowers, Ted Rice and Larry Rice; Granddaughter Skye Rice; Father-In-Law Pearce Banks; Brother-In-Law and Best friend Wallace Rice and friend Ruby Biggin. Left to mourn and carry on his memory are his Loving and devoted wife of 43 years - Judy Rice, Fort McMurray, AB; Children - Tina Walsh (Keith), Fort McMurray, AB; Tony Rice (Margie), Fort McMurray, AB; Loving Grandchildren - Hailey Walsh, Madison Gavin, Matthew Walsh, Tiana Rice, Troy Rice; Mother-In-Law Hazel Banks, Seal Cove, NL; Brother-In-Law Foster Banks (Lydia), Seal Cove, NL; Loving Sisters - Goldie Rice, Seal Cove, NL; Ada Best (Gary), St.John’s, NL; Linda Regular (Otto), Lloydminster, AB; Loving Brother Rick (Flor), Edmonton, AB; Brother-in-law Don Bowers (Annie), Whispering Hills, AB; Sister-in-law Beverly Rice; Special Nephew Brandon Banks; Special friends Alvin Hollett (Tracy), Bill Webster, Justin Quilty and Dave Goodwin; Many nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at his home in Seal Cove in the summer with a service and interment to be held at the cemetery.
