Obituary of Shirley McKinnon

Shirley McKinnon, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, and Aunt, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 16th, 2021, at 63 years of age. Born in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Shirley came to Fort McMurray, Alberta in the early eighties and made it her forever home. Her daughter, Janet was her world. Watching Janet sing was one of her true joys in life. She was immensely proud of her three grandsons. She took great pride in her work as an insurance broker, and when she wasn't working, she enjoyed simple pleasures such as: playing family board games, bingo, cross-stitch, diamond dot, and puzzles. Shirley was pre-deceased by her Father Alex and her Brother Allen. She is survived by her Mother Aileen, Brother James, Sister Carol, and twin sister Sandra. Her Daughter Janet, Son-in-law Kirk, Grandsons Logan, Greyson, and Conner. As well as many nieces, great nieces, and great nephews. All of them she loved and touched deeply.
