It is with heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Megan Dawn Cardinal, age 31, of Fort McMurray, Alberta on November 1, 2022 in Edmonton, Alberta.
Megan was born in Fort McMurray on August 20, 1991 and is survived by her parents Grace Cardinal and George Williams, Grandmother Virginia Cardinal, Sisters Mandy, Alyssa and Melanie. Niece and Nephews, Kismet, Casey and Thor. Aunts Debbie Kreutzer and Lana Cardinal, along with numerous other Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She is predeceased by her Grandfather Edward Cardinal and Grandmother Denise Williams.
Megan loved to sing, dance and write poems. She cared deeply for the people around her and loved to make them laugh. If there's anything Megan had taught us in her short life, is that you should live life everyday like it's your last and not take things or people for granted.
A funeral service will be held on November 22, 2022 at St. John's Catholic Church in Fort McMurray Alberta at 11:00 AM.
Robert Anderson Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral services with cremation to follow.
