Bob was born on March 13, 1941 to Henry and Lynn Dalueg in Galahad, and grew up on the farm in Forestburg, Alberta. Bob, was a dedicated family man and a loving, very busy husband, father, and grandparent. Bob and Mary spent much of their careers in Fort McMurray where they raised their 3 boys. Bob was an avid hunter, fisher, sportsman (& marbles player) alongside his wife and sons, spending much of his time chauffeuring, tinkering, and fixing machines in support of Mary and boys and their very busy sports and recreational activities. Bob was their anchor and greatest supporter and being with his family gave him much joy.
Bob spent most of his working career working for Suncor as a Millwright, Supervisor, and in the Respiratory Maintenance shop of the FireHall, and along with his boys, helping Mary with her catering business. Despite health challenges in his later years, Bob had a deep faith in God and this gave him direction and strength. It gives his loved ones much comfort to know he is now with his favorite lady, wife Mary and at peace.
Bob, so dearly loved and missed by family, friends, and his coffee buddies is always and forever in our hearts.
