Never mistake Glenn's kindness for a weakness, he was the strongest man I've known, a loving and patient father, and everday that was seen through his amazing two sons Dylan and Devin.
He was a wonderful Brother-in-law and best man who forgot our wedding rings, and realized halfway through the ceremony (Patsy White to the rescue )
He was an amazing, fun loving, cheerful Uncle to my girls, whose greatest childhood memories included him.
Grief can make you miss all you had, but with it comes the cherished memories of amazing past times had, remember Glenn and reminisce those cherished memories, for it's in those memories that our dear friend, father, partner, son, brother, brother-in-law uncle and my favorite title, Hero! will live on!
Rest easy Glenn

Susan, Dylan, Devin, Mincie and Patsy,
I got to know Glenn in Goose Bay through our group of friends, Gord, Nick, Tammy, Rowena and too many to name. Boy oh boy did we have a great time growing up and just being young.
I remember Glenn came to my home one time and my Mom had supper ready, so Glenn was invited to join us. He emptied his plate, and Mom asked if he wanted more, and politely said he was full but Mom being Mom, put more food on his plate. Glenn again emptied his plate, and the look on his face was, we need to leave before I burst. After that whenever Glenn dropped in he always asked if we were having food, I guess he didn't want to be that full again.
Like all who share in the service to celebrate Glenn's life, one common factor was very clear - any who knew Glenn was a better person after he came into their lives.
I am so glad that I called Glenn back on 13 Nov 23, we shared some video time to reflect and to just be friends again.
My heart is very heavy for you all, please know that I am offering Prayers for strength, comfort and peace in this time and has to travel on without Glenn's physical presence in your lives. One thing is for certain, the memories are always very close and Glenn lives there.
To you Glenn, thank you for entering my life and allowing me to have the privilege to know you and call you friend.
Rest easy Good and Faithful Servant, your earthly journey has been completed. Fly with the Eagles, let your spirit soar, and know you are always near in our thoughts and hearts. Rest in Peace Glenn.

I really have no words to express how very sorry I am for your loss. I believe that Glenn left this world a better place by his acts of kindness, thoughtfulness, selflessness and humor that he shared with everyone. He didn't have a mean bone in his body and was really an angel here on earth. I feel so fortunate to have had him as a part of my family. He will always be remembered with a fond smile and a full heart. Rest easy Glenn.
Love Shelly, Shawn and Paige

It is with deep sadness that I write this tribute to celebrate the life of Glenn.
I was fortunate to have had the honor and privilege of working with Glenn off and on for his last few years. Despite his own workload, challenges or frustrations at the time I walked into his office, he always gave his precious time to help or mentor, and always with a smile. He had a calming demeanor that is so rare. I learned much from him, and will be forever grateful.
I have never met Glenn’s family, but please know that he made a difference in my life and to everyone that worked with him.
Please take comfort in your memories and know that Glenn made a difference in so many lives.

Sue and Boys,
Our neighbourhood now has void that cannot be filled. It won't be the same, like removing one leg from a three legged stool. Glenn was always willing to lend a hand and wealth of knowledge. A good man with a solid work ethic that he has clearly passed on to his sons.
He will be missed but we are all better off for having had him in our lives.
Our deepest condolences to you and the entire White family.

It has been a honor and a privilege to have called Glenn and his loving family our friends. Our children have grown to know the strength and depth of love for a father and his sons and the unbreakable bond of husband and wife.
Joe was waiting there for him and one day we will all be together again to never part. Hold each other close knowing that the love remains and it will carry us through.

Sue, Dylan, Devin and family, it is with great sorrow and a very heavy heart that we heard about the sudden passing of Glenn earlier this week. Glen was for us not only the amazing husband of a wonderful cousin, he was a great dad to his two beautiful boys and an amazing friend to all of us. The great times we shared with Glenn over the years in Glace Bay, at Parlée Beach in Shediac, in Cambridge, around the bonfire enjoying a drink at the lake house in Maine are moments that we will always cherish and keep in our hearts and memories. Glenn was a fantastic friend. His smile, his positivity, his dedication to his family and friends, his joie de vivre, and his sense of humour are what made him the amazing man that he was and what we will deeply miss.
We are very sorry for not being able to be there in person with you all to celebrate Glenn’s life. However, we want to send you all our deepest sympathies, our love and prayers during these very difficult times. In the coming days, when times get hard, please always remember the amazing man that Glenn was and the great impact he made in all our lives. Glenn may be gone physically, but he will always be there in spirit to guide you and to recomfort you when you need it the most. Please feel our arms around you. We love you all very very much. RIP Glenn. We will always love you.
