Obituary of Evelyn Clewes

Evelyn Patricia Clewes (Jean), 59, of Morinville, Alberta (Fort McMurray) passed away on June 13, 2019, after a lengthy battle with cancer, at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre.

Born on January 6, 1960, in Westbank, B.C., she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Frances Jean. She was one of many siblings. She is survived by her partner, Rick Johnsen, daughter Stephenie and her two sons, Ryan and Evan.

She was a loving, caring mother who dedicated her life to raising her wonderful children. She was devoted to her family and friends, was always a shoulder to lean on and confide in. Her happiest memories always involved being surrounded by nature and family.

The viewing will be held for family and friends on June 21st from 6:30-7:30pm and her Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, June 22nd at 1:00pm. Both will be held at the NorthLife Fellowship Baptist Church in Fort McMurray, AB.

There will be a Morinville Celebration of Life following this. Details will be announced at a later time.
