It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Son, Brother and Friend, Kyle Douglas Murgatroyd on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the young age of 14.

Kyle was born to his loving parents, Danielle and Chris, on March 23, 2010, in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Kyle was a kind and gentle soul who wore his heart on his sleeve. He has a passion for helping those around and bringing the community together. He had a great sense of humour that he shared with is family and many friends.

He loved the outdoors. Whether it was hunting, fishing or quadding he was always ready and excited for the next adventure with his family and friends.

Kyle was also a brilliant student, making honour roll while striving to do even better.

He was an outdoorsman, scholar and by the age of 12 he was a blackbelt in Taekwondo. He excelled at many things in life and as he grew, he found his true passion, football. Kyle played the center position for the Fort McMurray Ravens for the past two years.

Kyle is survived by his family, his mother, Danielle, father, Chris and sister Emma. He will be for ever missed.
