It is with Deep Sadness and Heavy Hearts that the family of Jared Anthony George announce his sudden passing. Jared passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 27, 2019 at the young age of 29 years. Jared was an avid hockey player and fan who loved his Toronto Maple Leafs and enjoyed many physical and outdoor activities including boating in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter and working out at the gym all year round. Jared loved all animals but had a special affinity for dogs and loved spending time with his faithful companions, first Copper, then Diamond and Felony. We know Diamond and Copper are at the Rainbow Bridge waiting to guide Jared across.
Jared’s biggest passion however was his family and friends. His laughter was infectious and his heart was huge. Jared’s most memorable moments and best times in life were simply spending time with family and friends laughing, joking around and having fun.
Leaving to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his Father Bernie George (Rhonda Jewer), Mother Karen George (Tony Wheadon), Brother Nicholas George, Grandparents Tom and Theresa George and Lena Ewanyshyn, Aunts and Uncles Patrick and Jocelyne George, Beverly George, Karl and Denise Suley, Jeffery and Jennifer George, Barbara Eaton, David and Peggy Penner, Dean Ewanyshyn and a large circle of extended family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 04, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the United Church, 10003 Gordon Avenue, Fort McMurray Alberta. A celebration of Jared’s life will commence afterwards. Speak of me as you have always done.
Remember our good times, our laughter, our fun.
Share all the happy memories we've made.
Do not let them wither do not let them fade.
I'll be with you in the summer's sun.
And when the winter's chill has come.
I'll be the voice that whispers in the breeze.
I'm peaceful now, put your mind at ease.
I've rested my eyes now and I’ve gone to sleep,
But the memories we've shared are yours to keep.
Sometimes our final days may be a test,
But remember me when I was at my best.
Although things may not be the same,
Please don't be afraid to say my name.
Let your sorrow last for just a while.
Comfort each other and try to smile.
I've lived a life filled with joy and fun.
Live on I’ll be proud of what you'll become.
My life in this world is done now it’s true
But I will keep an eye and ear for you.
And when your time on earth has come.
I’ll be there for you, I’ll be the one.
To meet and guide you as your friend.
As we smile, rejoice and meet again.
We love you Jared. Rest in Peace. Forever Missed and Never Forgotten.
