I first met Glen in the Fort Murray Muffaloose Snowmobile Club and then got to know him as a fellow local businessman. He sold me his cardboard baler from his grocery business when he shut that down. Some good memories there that I will never forget. Throughout the years of friendship i always looked forward to having long conversations with Glen about whatever was happening in our great business Community
Glen will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him and it saddens me that i will never get to have one of those great conversations with Glen Again.
To Marilyn and all the Young family, Tracy and I are so sorry for your loss.

We will remember Glen as a generous man with a ready smile who had a heart for people. Our sons mowed Glen and Marilyn's lawn for a few summers and the highlight of every job was his well stocked garage fridge. Glen told our sons to choose pop and ice cream from the fridge, whatever they wanted. This kindness and mentorship of youth was very characteristic of Glen. Our love to you, Marilyn, at this sad time.

Glen has been an important part of my life since grade 9. He was my husband’s best friend. He was both my guide and mentor the years I worked for him. Over the past 5 decades he and Marilyn have shared numerous holidays with our family and have been there for us at every single important event in our lives. I admired Glen. I respected him. I loved him. I will miss him. He was my friend.
